All Aviation students and Aviation Registered Student Organizations (RSO’s) participating in or hosting events in which they are representing, or have the potential to represent, the program or University are required to complete the below form in its entirety at least two weeks prior to the event’s start date. Students must indicate any and all resources required for the event and provide a list of students attending.
